QA teams were stuck in fragmented workflows, planning on spreadsheets, maintaining tests in Git, executing via Jenkins scripts, and debugging across scattered dashboards.

This disjointed setup led to slow execution, high DevOps dependency, and friction at every handoff, from config changes to debugging failures.

Before HyperExecute - QA testing was like assembling a cycle from scratch every time you wanted to ride, i.e. wheels in one place, chain in another, brakes somewhere else.

With HyperExecute - It’s like having a ready-to-ride cycle: everything integrated, smooth, and built to go fast.

My Role

I designed HyperExecute from scratch, owning the end-to-end experience from defining Workflows, User Journey Mapping, UX architecture, and final UI handoff.

Collaborating closely with founders, QAs, devs, and PMs, I turned CLI-heavy complexity into an intuitive, user-focused product.
